Gospel artistes across Nigeria will, today Wednesday converge in Ibadan to honour the Founder and Chairman of Fresh FM Nigeria, Dr. Yinka Ayefele, MON ahead of his February 1 birthday celebration.
The event is an interdenominational annual praise concert, tagged Judah Mega Praise, which usually heralds the birthday anniversary of the Ibadan based musician.
This year’s edition of the praise night, which will be held from 6PM to 6AM, comes will be hosted at the Obafemi Awolowo Stadium (formerly known as Liberty Stadium), Oke Ado, Ibadan.
According to the Group Head of Corporate Affairs, Fresh FM Nigeria and Yinka Ayefele Limited, Samson Akindele, top gospel singers representing different genres will be on the stage to lead numerous praise and worship sessions, with intermittent words of exhortation from invited men of God.
Arrtistes expected at the event are Bola Are, Joseph Adebayo Adelakun (Baba Áyẹwá), Bukola Akinade (Ṣẹnwẹlẹ Jésù), Laolu Gbenjo, Bisi Alawiye-Aluko, Elijah Akintunde, Adegbodu Twins, Esther Igbekele, Mike Abdul, Segun Adewole (Kòkòrò), Adukegold, Oluwabunmi Akinnaanu (Omije Ojumi), Babatunse, and a hosts of other song ministers.
Invited men of Ministers of God include Ezekiah Oladeji, P.F. Owa, Sogo Ọmọ Woli, Seyi Bakare and Edward Alabi, while Kenny Blaq and Woli Àgbà will also be on hand as masters of ceremonies and standup comedians.
Akindele.said buses will be provided at four locations; Ojoo, Iwo road, Apata and Toll Gate.
