Burna Boy, Rema win at 2024 iHeartRadio Music Awards
Burna Boy and Rema, Afrobeat singers, have bagged awards at the 2024 iHeartRadio Music Awards in the United States.
The Award was held live on FOX and was hosted by rapper Ludacris.

Burna Boy clinched the Best African Music Artist while Divine Ikubor, popularly known as Rema, won the best collaboration of the year with his ‘Calm Down’ featuring Selena Gomez.

Beyonce, American pop star, clinched the iHeart Innovator Award while Cher received the iHeart Icon Award.

Leading the winners’ chart  was Taylor Swift led, with six awards, including Artist of the Year, Pop Artist of the Year, Tour of the Year, Best Lyrics, TikTok Bop of the Year, and Favorite Tour Style.

With the awards, Burna Boy and Rema are now recognised alongside Wizkid and Tems as the only Nigerian artists to have won iHeartRadio Music awards.
