Chairman of the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC), Prof. Mahmood Yakubu, has said that there are 72,775,502 Permanent Voter Cards (PVCs) have so far been collected by their owners ahead of the general elections.
This represents 86.63% of registered voters. He also said that 11.2 million of PVCs were not collected by their owners. (NAN)
