There was palpable tension at Buhari House, which houses the National Secretariat of the All Progressives Congress (APC), on Thursday, in Abuja, as the Caretaker Committee continues its preparation for the inauguration of state chapters across the country.
Stern-looking policeman mounted barricades at the two entrances to the Blantyre Street, Wuse 2 location of the APC’s national secretariat, screening human and vehicular movements.
