Gunmen suspected to be bandits again invaded Madaka community in Kachia Local Government Area of Kaduna State, killing one person and abducting 33 others.
Many residents also reportedly sustained injuries from the attack.

The bandits invaded the community in large numbers, wielding dangerous weapons at about 10:30 pm, and shot sporadically while residents ran for their dear lives.
They first attacked a bakery where they killed a driver and kidnapped five residents before moving on to the Mother Cat area of the community where they abducted 28 other residents and fled with them into the forest.
The attack was confirmed by the Kadunat State Commissioner for Internal Security and Home Affairs, Mr. Samuel Aruwan.
