The Court of Appeal, sitting in Akure, the Ondo State capital, has freed Margaret Oyebola, the Head Teacher at Sotitobire Praising Chapel Sunday School, Akure.
Recall that a one-year-old kid had been was declared missing at the school, in 2019.
Oyebola had been sentenced to life imprisonment by Justice olusegun Odusola by an Ondo State High court, over the matter.

Shẹ was jailed alongside Prophet Babatunde alfa over the dissaparance of one year old Gold kolawole In the church in november 2019.
The Appeal Court, in its judgement, read by Justice James Gambo abundaga, said the Circumstantial Evidence relied upon by the lower court was not sufficient to show that the boy was kidnapped.
